This forum is a follow-up to a hearing held last April, when the committee examined the need for more oversight of assisted living facilities. Senator Breaux asked industry and consumer groups to work together to develop recommendations to improve quality and they responded by forming the Assisted Living Workgroup. This group will discuss its progress in developing recommendations
