Every year, the Senate Special Committee on Aging releases a report that examines issues that are relevant to the needs of older Americans. This year the Committee’s report will focus on the issue of older Americans and the workforce.

 .

To help guide our effort, I am seeking your input. Specifically, I am looking to hear from you about the opportunities and challenges facing older Americans in the workforce, best practices employers are implementing to create age-friendly workplaces, and steps policy makers should consider to help support older workers.

 .
